Re: Nautilus python extension: No context menu in Nautilus 3.6.*

Mark,

are you on a 64-bit system?  If so, maybe you've hit this bug, which prevents nautilus-python from working there:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus-python/+bug/1170017
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=698214

If this is the problem then when you run a new instance of Nautilus from the console you'll see something like this:

(nautilus:3810): Nautilus-Python-WARNING **: g_module_open libpython failed: /usr/lib/libpython2.7.so.1.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

To test that, first run 'nautilus -q' to exit the existing Nautilus, then run 'nautilus' to run a fresh instance.

Hi! Yes, I'm sure. What distro are you using? :) I'm Ubuntu 13.04. Best regards. Mark.
