«the ability of pausing/resuming a copy process»: at least, when you
have several different copy processes from/to different devices, might
be that you want to give priority to a specific process.
«managing a copy queue»: it will help improve copy speed when you have
several processes copying to/from the same device as it saves time
moving the hard drive head.
