Suggestion regarding Tabs

Hi!,
Can you guys add these features, it'd be very nice.
1.When clicked on 'open in new tab', the view should change to the new
tab,
2.The width of the all tabs should be equal, it speeds up when we want
to close multiple tabs. 
3. Include undo close tab when right clicked on tab like in firefox

This the first time I'm writing to you.
I'm using Ubuntu 10.10
