Disable per-user Trash on removable drives

Hello,

we are using USB epndrives heavily for data exchange. One annoying thing
about this is that on every machine, a Trash folder ".Trash-1234" is
created, which is not visible on other machines and/or with a different
user logged in. Is there any way to have just a unified ".Trash"-folder?
