wish for nautilus

When copy a file with Nautilus, if the file exist, I wish that Nautilus
show the dates of both files (date of create and modify), so i will be
sure if overwrite the file or not.

I copy and overwrite files very often with pendrives, and I need to know
what is the newer file.
