Nautilus extension submenu item is not activated

I'm making nautilus extension which creates submenu items.
The menu itself is shown as a submenu item, but it is not activated
when I click it.

I already reported this problem on bugzilla:

I found the reason is that nautilus checks whether the menu item is
valid or not by scanning
the extension menu items. But, it does not scan submenus.
