i have a problem with window behaviour

The windows of nautilus play a bad game with me,
they are not showing the title bar nor the buttons for opening, closing
minimizing the window, besides, they are taking the whole screen and
covering the task bars in the upper and lower parts of screen,
btw, I'm using ubuntu 7.10
