non-unique action 'submenu_file'

After I start nautilus, my desktop becomes slow and unusable.

If I run nautilus from a shell I get all this warnings of all my 
subfolder under my home tree. But if I run nautilus either like root or 
from another user account, i don't get any warnings.

My nautilus version is 2.20.0-3, running on debian lenny amd64. I didn't 
notice this issue, until one day i saw my top list processes and 
nautilus was using the 90% of my CPU.

I have already purged nautilus from my system and reinstalled again. I 
removed nautilus from all the ocurrences in gconf too.

Can anybody help me?.
