Tooltips

When I was browsing files , I could not see any tooltip when mouse move over a file icon. Tooltips could show informations like file size, date and type, it is very healpful. I want to know whether there is a way to configure a tooltip, or the nautilus doesn't have any tooltips at all? Thanks a lot, my best regards!
