Hi, it seems that the patch attached to this bug was missed:

It could help to improve nautilus performance when viewing big folders,
and has a sysprof profile attached.
I hope that someone will give it a look, as Nautilus performance is
definitely an improvement area that could improve the whole GNOME desktop.
