web page background (HTML)

Hi, I am new to the list,

I was wondering if anybody could add an option to the nautilus so people could set a URL ( web page ) as their system background.
you know , we can do many things if this someone add this option, do it before K desktop !

and one more thing, there is no setting dialog for gnome screen savers !
