Patch for Bug #445195 (Change Desktop Background -> Error starting command 'gnome-background-properties')

Hello nautilus developers,

I have uploaded a patch for bug #445195 which lets nautilus use 
gnome-appearance-properties instead of the obsolete 
gnome-background-properties to implement the "Change Desktop Background" 
menu item.

The patch needs gnome-control-center trunk to fully work (due to a newly 
added "--show-page" command-line option to initally open the capplet's 
Background tab).
