At the bottom of each post (like this one, or your own) to this list,
you will find a footer appended with the link. Scroll all the way down
and read the part stating "To unsubscribe from".

Btw, this is the very same page where you managed to subscribe yourself
in the first place, so I am positive you can do this, too. ;-)
