[patch] Home directory should not be labelled as the desktop

It seems that when desktop_is_home_dir mode is enabled, viewing your
home directory in a browser labels it as the "desktop". This patch
removes the code to do that, as it is not expected behaviour.

This is my first real patch for anything GNOME-related, so I don't
know if it breaks any rules. Bugzilla link at
