Nautilus cd burner drive/command permission patch

Hello there,
hope this is not off-topic, but since there is no nautilus-cd-burner dedicated mailing list I'm raising the issue here.

I've wrote a patch to fix bug #326168 [0], the issue is more or less serious since it checks the device permissions or suid on the writting program (cdrecord/growisofs).

Currently if the user has no permission, shows a "There is no blank media on the drive" error dialog (which made me throw some blank cds to the waste basket once in gentoo).

William Jon McCann helped me to improve the patch once, but after the fix I haven't had any inputs. I've tested it and it works okay right now, anyone here has the right to review it and commit it if everything is okay?
