New Emblems for folder and file ?

HI  boys, I am new of this list.  sorry for my bad english...
I write to you because I would want to encourage the development of
nautilus in order rendering it beautifulr.  I ask myself because not
created new emblems ( now the emblems are very old) ?   Why not
created something that automatically recognize the rows in the folder
and checks to these a emblem? How folder of various music, video and
photos from the others?
