Missing preferences option

One glaring omission from the preferences menu is a checkbox on the
Views tab to disable spatial mode, a feature that irritates a large
proportion of Nautilus users.  It is ridiculous to have to go through
a separate program, gconf-editor, to set a Nautilus preference,
especially one that is so simple and popular.
