Hi guys,

Sorting like this will be character set (and probably language)
specific. It would be nice if the sort function took the session
language as a third parameter (or looked it up iteself) and sorted
accordingly, defaulting to this sorting algorithm for languages that
have not defined their own sorting algorithm. This would allow the
feature to be added now, and improved on later.
