I'm pretty sure that Pavel was thinking that if the problem is one
with permissions, a retry is useless since the permissions aren't
going to "fix themselves". This does overlook the possibility of
using going to correct the error while the dialog is up, but I can
see why he might have thought that way. Pavel can be reached at
