is there a particular reason that we need to make this avaible to disable?
1. F5 is very common reload button on windows.
2. Now, before you attack me for that, it is also a sane default, IMHO.
3. It does not conflict with any shortcuts that I know of (more
experience people can beat me up here)
Therefor, is there any rationale for allowing it to be turned off?
