I committed a version where I restructed the code a bit to get rid of
the g_return_stuff (which can be compiled out) and disabled the list
background as drop target for the folder itself. While this might be a
nice feature, it'd be inconsistent with the icon view. Also we have no
indication of the current folder's emblem in its window for now, which
would make it a tad confusion too ("where did my emblem go?").
