Great, that would be nice to get into 2.12. Non-modal, non-minimizable
progress dialogs that stay up for an extended period of time are really
The Suck. Plus the draft HIG seems to agree, as Calum pointed out in the
bug.
Do you want to try to get release team approval for it?
