Nautilus no longer opens computer location

Hi all!

I recently had a problem where file-roller would open gthumb to view
folders when items were extracted.

I tried to fix it by making a new "handler" that was "nautilus %s" as
the default action for folders.

This has now broken a lot of Nautilus functionality i.e. I cannot open
Computer and links to servers I have created.

I suspect it is MIME related but I cannot fix it :-(

Anyone got a pointer?

I'm using Debian Unstable.
