Sometime the filesystem trees presented to normal user and to anonymous
user are the same, sometime not. Usually they are different, but not
always.
I think that dialog box with a button or checkbox for anonymous logins
is required. Any other behavoiur will lead to severe confusion.
BTW. it would be nice to have access to sftp too :)
