Sorry, I misunderstood you. OK, if you want to be really
coherent/consistent, we'll need to remove the following GConf keys code
and schema-wise:
/apps/nautilus/preferences/start_with_toolbar (done except GConf key
removal)
/apps/nautilus/preferences/start_with_location_bar
/apps/nautilus/preferences/start_with_status_bar
