YAMTDB (Yet Another Mime-Type Detection Bug) - Mr. Project file this time.

And yes, so that people don't have to beat the crap out of me on the 
list, I HAVE reported it to bugzilla and attached that file and all of that.

I just wanted to mention it hear as ANOTHER example of the flaws of the 
current implementation of file sniffing.

And I wanted to thank EVERYONE involved in these threads. My 
understanding of this problem was greatly increased when I stumbled 
across the thread in the list archives.
