I have same problemes like yours with nautilus-cd-burning ...
I have read that this burning application is not effective on CD-drives 
with scsi emulation!
To have more informations on your CdDrive-scsi, you can use cdrecord 
whit the --scan-scsi (or something like that :) ! ) option...
