Aaargh.. why not using CTRL-double-click instead of middle-button
double-click ? I think that middle-double-click has 2 problems:
- a lot of mice still don't have wheels/3rd buttons
- it's easy to accidently move the wheel while trying to click on it
(especially trying to double-click on it)
- it's not obvious. I mean that CTRL is already used to choose between
copy/move drag & drop. So it's easy to associate CTRL as the "mouse
behavior modifier". For me, the third button is associated to "paste
PRIMARY selection".
Is there a good reason why middle-double-click was chose over
CTRL-double-click ?
