Just looking at Mark's Mockup... and while we are being all
iconoclastic... does any one else think that

Copy to clipboard
Paste from clipboard
Make copy
are better than
Cut file
Copy file
Paste file
Duplicate
Without a priori knowledge, 'copy file' sounds a lot more like cp than
'duplicate'. The former just seem more intuitive and also fit in better
with 'Make Link' and 'Move to Trash'.
