The only argument I can think of is that you might want to navigate
to a directory in Nautilus and then open a terminal already cd'd to that
directory.
There might be other ways to handle that, though -- drag a folder onto
a terminal launcher on the panel, have an "Open with | Terminal" option
in the context menu for folders.... (Actually I kind of like that one.)
