Toolbar themes gone

I finally decided to remove the nautilus toolbar themes. I think the 
excessive nautilus-specific themeability is sort of out of place. The 
gtkrc file is powerfull enough to handle the toolbar icons, even if you 
want different ones in galeon and nautilus.
