Default action/view for HTML pages

Hi, this is about this bug:

Currently I think the default action for HTML pages is to view them in
the text component. This doesn't seem very useful.

Since Nautilus doesn't have a full-featured HTML viewing component, I
think the best thing to do is to run a web browser to view the HTML.

Is this easy to change?
