[Nautilus-list] file properties dialog

Hello,

I'm am going to try and fix bug 62713, the bug where in the file
properties, it rounds the size of a file to the nearest kb, mb, etc.

I have 2 questions:

1.) What files is the code for the file properties
2.) What is the best way to get the exact size of a file in bytes?
