New trashcan

With regard to bug 47103, have a look at the files in
www.cs.hmc.edu/~ben/icons/default_theme/
These should solve the problem of the small trashcan icon.

Also, in www.cs.hmc.edu/~ben/icons/gnome_theme/ I've put coppies of the
trash icons for the "gnome" theme, which I think matches the pallet
better (though it matches the style for 1.4 better than for 2.0.)
