No, it's "Back." There are two ways to go "up" in Finder 10:

-> The System 9 way: Command-click on the folder's title bar and a
pull-down menu appears listing its parent and the parent's parent back
to root, just like in the (GNOME 1.4/current) "Open"/"Save As" dialogs'
top directory menu;

-> By adding the "up" button to the toolbar with the excellent toolbar
editor.
