[Nautilus-list] memprof questions.

Couple of simple questions.

I've used memprof a good few times and find it very useful for tracking
down bugs etc. But there are a couple of things I'm not clear on.

1) Some function calls are not scanned for by default (strdup, g_malloc
...) Why ?

2) When is the best time to collect leakage information. (Probably a how
long is a piece of string question).
