Updating old icon themes to the new format

Hi, when the icon theme format changes were made, I vaguely recall Dave
mentioning that somebody was going to convert all the old themes... Does
anybody know if this is in progress? It would be good to have a few
themes available to go with the new over-arching theme stuff.
