As I recall, there was some debate as to whether web-based styleguides
should go in the bibliography (even if they're also available as books),
as we already have links to most of them elsewhere on the GUP website.

I think we decided to remove them from the bibliography in the end, so
we don't have to update two sets of links at a time, but nobody's got
around to doing so yet.
