Yes, but that's the typical way a floppy looks in /etc/fstab. 
(On Red Hat Linux, it will show up as 'owner', but that's a recent improvement)

/dev/fd0                /mnt/floppy             auto    noauto,owner,kudzu 0 0 

On most Linux systems would look like:

/dev/fd0                /mnt/floppy             auto    noauto,user 0 0
