A cleaner way of doing this would be to add open with => terminal for folders
(i filed a bug with gnome terminal for this). Also by doing this, open with
terminal would appear in the sidebar for the current folder view as well.
Clean ui without any major changes.
as it is i find new terminal on the desktop a little confusing, but oh well
not that big of a deal.
