The current HIG recommendation is "Help Contents" because we were hoping
that all apps were also going to be able to support a "Search" facility,
so you'd have Help->Help Contents and Help->Search. Unfortunately the
Help infrastructure doesn't yet support the Search facility, although I
think hallski is hoping to add this ability to Yelp at some point.
FWIW, I think "Help Contents" (the actual wording used in the HIG) is
redundant, though, and that "Contents" would be fine.
