I'm not that difficult a person (honestly), I just suck as a C-coder.
Hopefully my next patch will be less of a hassle. :)

I fixed the issues you've mentioned, and a couple you didn't mention.

In addition, there is a one-liner (fm-list-model.c) at the end that was
needed for me to compile current CVS so that I could test my patch.
If you don't want it, and the rest of the patch is ok, please just remove
that part.

BTW. thanks for doing this, I'm sure you had better things to do than
babysitting me.
