[Nautilus-list] Themes.org and Nautilus-themes

Themes.org have started accepting uploads of themes and skins (Nautilus
themes are referred to as a "skin").

Before they'll accept Nautilus-themes however, they require a few
documents on how to package and submit themes.

Does documents like this exist? Personally I've created a theme myself,
but it basically consisted of replacing images and a bit of trial and error
without totally understanding all the concepts.

A working theme-repository is probably reasonably important for widespread
apoption of Nautilus.
