Yes, I also think the icon themes should belong to gnome-vfs really.
This will avoid having different icons in Evolution (which gets them
from gnome-vfs AFAIK) and in Nautilus. I think we can use metatheme to
duct tape all these thing together for the user, so it is more simple
for them. The user really shouldnt worry about installing gtk, sawfish
and nautilus themes that match together.. Oh yeah, and the wallpaper
too.
