 .Currently not possible, and I don't think that this would be a well-regarded
 .feature. Yes, Windows does it, but it causes more harm to a learning user
 .than it does good.

i see, 
but the advanced user should be aware that what is shown is not the real 
file name. 
Has anybody ever considered exploiting the file(1) command to get information 
about the document format?
