This is a known problem in Nautilus versions 1.0 to 1.0.2, already fixed in
HEAD (and the upcoming Nautilus 1.0.3 release). It happens when you invoke
Nautilus from the command line when it's already running on the desktop. I'm
doing what I can to help get a 1.0.3 release into Ximian's Red Carpet as
soon as possible.

A workaround is to get a new Nautilus window with "New Window" from the
desktop right-click menu instead of starting it from the command line.

Don't know what this is. In fact, I don't know what themehelper is.
