Mainly things like forcing a refresh of the Nautilus view, changing the
location of the current window, calling gnome-vfs to manipulate files,
etc.  Much of this is probably possible with the Perl CORBA modules...
how much of a public interface does Nautilus and GNOME-VFS export via
CORBA?
