Okay, I'm sold.
I'll put the "View as xxx" items in the View menu directly for now. We can
consider changing it if it seems too cluttered, but the localization issues
make it much more straightforward to do it this way. (We determined earlier
that you can't localize "View as" and "xxx" separately and get grammatical
results in some languages.)
