I don't understand what you mean. I must be missing something. Hitting the
edge of the screen either does that flippy virtual desktop thing or ... well
... hits the edge of the screen. You can't drag past the edge of the screen,
because the cursort stops at the edge of the screen. And there's no reason
that the last row of pixels is special -- it's at least part of the desktop
background, but might also be part of a window that's partially offscreen.

What am I missing here?
