[Nautilus-list] New eazel-hacking --stop feature

I got sick of hacking to control-c my builds when im done building the
modules im interested in, so i added a new rebuild feature.

> rebuild --help | grep stop
>  -p,  --stop module   Stop rebuilding at the given module.

For example, to rebuild just the autoconf/libtool/automake stuff:

rebuild-all -p gettext

To do a "nautilus" build only up to the bonobo stage:

rebuild -p bonobo

Combined with the start (-s) flag you can for example rebuild just
librsvg and eel:

rebuild -s librsvg -p eel
